Your scans live in a private, access-controlled store — never a public folder. Files are encrypted at rest and reachable only through your account.
Signed, short-lived downloads
Downloads use links that are signed for your order and expire quickly, so a shared or stale URL can't be used to reach your files.
Documented chain of custody
Every box is logged at pickup and each handoff is recorded, so there's a clear, timestamped trail from your door to delivery.
NDA & BAA available
Need a paper trail of your own? We'll sign a mutual NDA, and a Business Associate Agreement when your records touch protected health information.
Originals returned to you
When we're done, every original comes right back to you at delivery — kept in order under a documented chain of custody. Nothing is misplaced or discarded without your say-so.
Your data stays in the U.S.
Pickup, processing, and storage all happen domestically. Your records never leave the country or get routed through overseas contractors.
Owner-only access controls
Access is scoped to you as the order owner and our vetted staff — enforced at the database level, so no other customer can ever see your data.
Purge on request

Many of the files we handle contain personal or health information, so we operate with HIPAA-aware processes: access is restricted to the order owner and vetted staff, storage is private and encrypted, and every download is short-lived and signed. We're happy to sign an NDA or BAA and share our handling procedures for your compliance records. If your team has specific requirements, tell us — we'll scope the controls to match.
